In October 2024, General Secretary Udara Liyanwala and National Coach Ranjana Tharanga represented Sri Lanka at the 85th International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) Congress in Doha. This marked the first time Sri Lanka’s newly elected officials participated in this prestigious event, aiming to enhance the country’s presence in international gymnastics governance.
